Once you have successfully purchased a Sportytrip Concierge Package, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. Subsequently, Procam will share a unique registration code via email, which can be used to apply for participation in the Half-Marathon/Open 10K race category.

Please note that purchasing a Concierge Package does not automatically register you for the event. To be considered for participation, you must:

• Complete the official event registration process using the registration code provided here
• Pay the applicable race registration fee.
• Fulfil all confirmation and eligibility requirements applicable to your chosen race category, including submission of a valid timing certificate where required.

Important: Possession of a Sportytrip Concierge Package and registration code does not guarantee race entry. Race entry will be confirmed only after all registration requirements, payment obligations, and confirmation criteria have been successfully completed and verified by Procam.

Yes, these packages are exclusively available for confirmed registered runners (or those who wish to register for the run via our platform). Runners are also welcome to book the package for their family members or supporters as well.

• For double occupancy, at the time of booking you may choose either:
  • 2 participants, or
  • 1 participant + 1 Supporter
• Supporter Inclusions - Supporters will receive a specially curated welcome kit that includes exclusive merchandise such as a supporter T-shirt, caps, automatic mini hand fans, and other thoughtfully selected goodies and treats to enhance the race weekend experience.
• Meal Options - Supporters/guests may choose between the regular hotel breakfast or opt for the specially curated pre-race breakfast designed for participants.

- Upon cancellation of a registration, no refund of the race category registration fee shall be issued.

On race day, a specially curated breakfast aligned with race-day nutrition requirements will be provided. Detailed inclusions will be shared with you via email prior to the event.
On the morning prior (17th Oct), the regular hotel breakfast buffet will be served.

All airport/train/bus station transfers are private.

Yes, Procam Marquee access is valid only on race morning and during designated hospitality hours as communicated.

Please note: Runners with a Procam Marquee wristband also receive Grandstand access. However, those who only opt for Grandstand access do not have access to the Procam Marquee.
