No, race registration fees are not included in the package and must be purchased separately. Registration confirmation is subject to confirmation criteria and event rules and guidelines.

Yes, these packages are exclusively available for confirmed registered runners. However, runners are welcome to book the package for their family members or supporters as well.
- For double occupancy, at the time of booking you may choose either:

- Supporter Inclusions - Supporters will receive a specially curated welcome kit that includes exclusive merchandise such as a supporter T-shirt, caps, automatic mini hand fans, and other thoughtfully selected goodies and treats to enhance the race weekend experience.
- Meal Options - Supporters/guests may choose between the regular hotel breakfast or opt for the specially curated pre-race breakfast designed for participants.

Hotel & Meals
Standard hotel check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out requests can be accommodated subject to availability at the hotel. We recommend informing us in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.
On race day, a specially curated breakfast aligned with race-day nutrition requirements will be provided. Detailed inclusions will be shared with you via email prior to the event.
On the morning prior (25th April), the regular hotel breakfast buffet will be served.
Yes, family members can attend in case they have also purchased the premium packages and at an additional cost for those under pro and essential packages. (A package must be purchased to be able to opt for any add ons)
Transfers
Pickup is included from Kempegowda International Airport (T1 & T2), Bengaluru, as well as from any major bus or railway station within Bengaluru city limits.
All airport/train/bus station transfers are private.

Race-day photos will typically be shared within a few days post-event. Once received from the official race partners, they will be emailed to your registered email ID.
Yes, Procam Marquee access is valid only on race morning and during designated hospitality hours as communicated.
Please note: Runners with a Procam Marquee wristband also receive Grandstand access. However, those who only opt for Grandstand access do not have access to the Procam Marquee.
