• All prices listed are inclusive of 5% taxes.

• Your race tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 15 days prior to the event. (For the package only) 

• 25% refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days prior to the event. (For the package only) 

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event. (For the package only) 

• All cancellations must be requested in writing via email on contact@sportytrip.com.

• All packages, inclusions, hotel room types, and add-ons are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

• In case of unavailability, the organiser reserves the right to offer an equivalent alternative of similar standard.

• Package inclusions are limited to what is explicitly mentioned under the selected package.

• Bookings made with incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable registration details may be cancelled.

• Hotel check-in and check-out times are subject to the hotel’s policies.

• Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability upon special request. 

• Any incidental or additional charges at the hotel (room service, minibar, damages, etc.) must be settled directly by the guest.

• Refunds, where applicable, may take 7–14 working days to process depending on the payment method.

• Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by the organiser.

• The organiser reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to package components or schedules due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond control.

• The organiser is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by weather, government regulations, transportation issues, or other external factors.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that the details provided during booking are accurate.
